Bug Fixes and Improvements
- Disabled last visit reminder when offline
- Disabled collapse state caching for comment threads (currently only story threads cache collapse state)
- Fixed incorrect marking of comments as collapsed or hidden
- Removed comment refresh guard that blocks latest comments from appearing
- Increased collapse state cache size to 100,000 entries
